Water Leak Test

Water test systems have been developed for different types and sizes of vehicles. Each solution uses standard InterClean vehicle wash elements and is configured to meet the requirements of each specific vehicle. When this process uses InterClean's water reclamation system, there are substantial operating cost savings when properly testing the vehicles, especially when some vehicle leak test requirements ask for water to be applied to the same section of the vehicle for over 60 minutes.

InterClean has been commissioned several times by the US military for specialized wash systems.

Vehicle Assembly Plants

InterClean has been commissioned several times by automotive assembly plants to design systems to clean vehicle bodies-in-white prior to phosphatizing. The first InterClean system was installed at the GM Shreveport Truck Plant, and have since been installed in several GM and Ford plants.

These systems have a nearly flawless operational track record and have resulted in significant savings and quality improvements for the auto plants. Automotive industry standards are said to be some of the toughest standards set, yet regular InterClean components were used in these applications.
